Andre Gilbert Cavrois of Fort Macleod, beloved husband of Reva Ellen Harrietha, passed away on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at the age of 87 years.
Besides his wife Reva, Andre is survived by his son, Eddy Edmond Cavrois of Acme; his stepdaughter, Kerry Elizabeth Graham of Calgary; grandchildren, Jason, Leon, Vanessa, Justin, Mathew and Sean; great grandchildren, Victoria, Emma, Nevaeh and Silas; sister, Yvonne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Andre was predeceased by his oldest son Gilbert; his sister, Maria; and brothers, Willy and Leon.
Andre was born in Bredene, Belgium. He had worked many different jobs. One he enjoyed for over the span of 24 years was working as caretaker for Sansome School. His hobbies included joining friends for a coffee, camping, playing a game of cribbage as well as many other types of games, watching foreign or western films on the computer. He was always telling jokes or trying to pull your leg for a good laugh.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
A great man will be sorely missed by Reva, Kerry, Leon, Eddy and friends.
