Fort Macleod RCMP are investigating the theft of firearms from a local business.
RCMP received a report Sept, 27 that someone broke into Alberta Hardware on 12th Street about 11:15 p.m.
An undisclosed number of firearms were taken from the business.
“Video at the scene indicates that the suspect was picked up in a silver or light-coloured SUV, possibly a Ford Edge,” RCMP media relations officer Cpl. Gina Slaney said in a news release.
The male suspect is described as about six feet tall with a thin build, and wearing faded blue jean, black and white runners and a black “Milwaukee” hoodie.
