Piikani Nation RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in locating Shaine Smith, 33, of Lundbreck.
Smith is also bound by a Canada wide driving prohibition.
On April 24 at 1:45 p.m., a Piikani RCMP officer attempted a traffic stop on Smith, at which time he fled at high speeds.
When police located the suspect a second time, Smith intentionally drove at the RCMP cruiser, swerving at the last second before colliding with the officer.
Smith is wanted for flight from police, operating a motor vehicle while prohibited, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and breach of probation.
Smith is about five foot 10 and 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Smith is believed to be in possession of a 2004 gold Chevrolet Malibu, bearing Alberta licence plate BWV 8504.
