Fort Macleod’s 150th anniversary celebration is less than a week away.
The schedule is still being finalized as the week-long bash approaches.
“It’s going to be an amazing week,” said Coun. Mackenzie Hengerer, who chairs the 150th anniversary organizing committee.
The celebration will feature a pro rodeo, musical entertainment in several venues, a barbecue, pancake breakfasts, wrestling, a drone show, Canada Day celebration and much more.
“We hope to see everybody out, because there’s going to be a lot of amazing things going on,” Hengerer said.
The following is the schedule as of June 14.
Tuesday, June 25
10 a.m. — Agricultural show at Midnight Stadium.
11:30 a.m. — Beer gardens at Midnight Stadium.
6 p.m. — Pro rodeo at Midnight Stadium
Wednesday, June 16
